Notes |

- Upgrade Cover ensures
that customers receive the latest versions and
legislative charges of their product free of charge.
- Service Cover consists
of Upgrade Cover and telephone support from iCAPS (10
incidents per annum).
- Free support period for
iCAPS SBS is 30 days.
- Cover of any sort for
iCAPS SBS is not mandatory.
- iCAPS SBS Upgrade Cover
and Service Cover lasts for one year from the date
purchased in addition to the free support period.
- Customers upgrading to
the latest version of iCAPS SBS who don't have Upgrade
Cover or Service Cover will be at the following rates:
iCAPS SBS Stand Alone £200 / Network 2-5 Users £400.
- All prices are subject
to change with 60 days notice. All prices are subject to
VAT.
